Hyundai Palisade Luxury SUV Leaked in a New Set of Photos

2020 Hyundai Palisade, biggest SUV from the Korean manufacturer, was completely leaked ahead of its official unveiling on the internet. The brand has plans of bringing seven and eight-seat options for buyers across different markets.

Most reports assume a powerful V6 option along with a hybrid power-train for developed markets while select countries may get the highly tuned version of the 2.2L diesel engine from Hyundai. Also, a dedicated, performance-spec 3.3L petrol V6 engine with 365 HP and 510 Nm is also expected on the car. Hyundai Palisade is based on the same frame as Kia Telluride and flaunts bigger dimensions than the existing Santa Fe.

Hyundai will bring 8-speed automatic and all-wheel-drive option on their new flagship SUV. The most effective version seems to be the 270 HP V6 version with 130 HP electric motor. Palisade brings higher expectations like 360-degree camera, electrically folding third-row seats and much more to the segment.

The launch of Palisade in the US market will help the brand rival regional as well as international SUV brands in the world’s most important market. For India, the Hyundai Palisade can prove its worth by rivaling premium SUVs in the country. The grand dimensions and premium exterior finish of the car is worth applauding.

Hyundai India is currently preparing for a sales number war with Maruti Suzuki, with new Santro helping them claim more sales than ever for the month of October. The improving numbers will help them achieve the possibility of launching products like Palisade and Genesis in the country.

However, the choice of buyers changes suddenly after the price segment of Creta, with most people going for Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour. Still, the exclusive size of Palisade can attract a lot of eyes in the coming years. The front of Hyundai’s flagship SUV comes with sleek headlights, huge grille, 5-spoke alloys, and massive fog lamp section.
