The Hyundai Tucson Facelift has been officially launched in India with a starting ex-showroom price tag of INR 22.30 lakhs for the base petrol variant. The updated model of the SUV features a bigger front grille, while the bumpers, headlights and tail-lights have also been tweaked a little bit to set the new-gen model apart from the outgoing version of the SUV. Hyundai has also updated the design of the fuel-filler cap and the car now features all-new 18-inch alloy wheels.
The Hyundai Tucson Facelift is available with two engine options in the Indian market. The 2.0-litre petrol engine is good for a maximum power of 152 HP and a peak torque of 192 Nm while the 2.0-litre diesel engine generates 185 HP of power and 400 Nm of torque. The petrol engine comes mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox while the diesel engine is available with an 8-speed automatic gearbox as standard.
