Hyundai Venue SUV can now be booked through your nearest dealership for a token amount of INR 21,000. The car is available in six different equipment levels and 13 variants, combining the engine and gearbox combinations to bring the maximum options for the Indian market.
The decent E variant is available with just 1.2L petrol and 1.4L diesel motor while S can be had with the addition of petrol 1.0L MT and 1.0L AT option over the last two engines. The use of 1.2L motor ends here as SX, SX Dual Tone and SX (O) are only available with 1.0L MT and 1.4L diesel option.
The SX+ variant is available with a single 1.0L petrol AT combination. The automatic gearbox is limited to just S and SX+ variant while 1.2L petrol has just been offered to keep the starting cost low for this car. Hyundai Venue is said to be decently-loaded with features in the lower trims also.
The SX and SX (O) will serve as the most selling options while customers in need of the automatic gearbox will need to reconsider their feature preferences. The S variant will miss important safety features like the 6-airbags for sure. The shades available for the new Venue are Stardust, Fiery Red, Typhoon Silver, Deep Forest, Denim Blue, Lava Orange, and Polar White.
Apart from the seven single tone options, buyers can also get their hands on the dual tone Lava Orange and Polar White with Black roof and Denim Blue with White roof. The car is expected to carry a price tag between INR 8-12 lakh while the most powerful engine on offer is the 1.0L, 3-cylinder unit producing 120 HP and 172 Nm of torque. The gearbox options on this one include a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT.
