2019 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Launched in India @ INR 15.51 Lakh

2019 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross has been launched in India for INR 15.51 lakh. The car is said to bring 20 new features, including not just the functional but also the visual part on the inside and outside. The refreshed face is all thanks to the new Bi-LED projector headlamps with an aggressive daytime running light pattern.

Apart from the lights, the front features a new grille, chrome inserts around the fog lamp area and redesigned bumper for the 2019 model. The side profile now flaunts the 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels to add a more premium experience visually and it further improves the ride handling factor.

The side steps are now upgraded while shark-fin antenna on the roof confirms that Isuzu is adding maximum possible premium touches to the product. V-Cross comes with an all-black interior, using switches from the MU-X and features like a new 3D-design instrument console as well as perforated leather seats.

The infotainment display used here is 7.0-inch while push-button start-stop system further improves the premium feel of the vehicle. The inclusion of hill start assist and hill descent control has made the V-Cross a great option for off-road driving and all-terrain adventure riding.

The standard variant is priced at INR 15.51 lakh while the top-spec Z variant is priced at INR 17.03 lakh. The driver seat is power adjustable while the rear gets all new LED tail lights on the 2019 V-Cross. The update still gets the BS4-compliant engine for the powerful product as making it BS6 will require another update in early 2020.

The 2499cc, four-cylinder diesel engine on the V-Cross is good for 134 HP at 3600 rpm and 320 Nm at 1800-2800 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The front brakes are disc-supported while the rear gets drum braking system as standard.
