Kia Seltos Price List to be Revealed Next Month: Finally, we now have a launch date for Kia’s first product for the Indian market in the form of the Seltos. The midsize premium SUV will be launched in India on August 22, 2019. The yet to be launched car made a world debut recently in New Delhi.

The car was able to attract a huge audience and people seemed impressed by the upcoming SUV. Kia Seltos will compete in the midsize SUV segment which has players like Hyundai Creta, Renault Captur, Tata Harrier, Nissan Kicks, Mahindra XUV 500, and the recently launched MG Hector.

The Kia Seltos will be offering three BSVI compliant engine options. It has a 1.5-litre smart stream petrol engine that is capable of producing 115 HP of maximum power and 144 Nm of peak torque, a 1.5-litre CRDi diesel churning 115 HP of power and 250 Nm of torque, and a 1.4-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol which produces 140 HP of maximum power along 242 Nm of peak torque.

The bookings for the car are now officially open in select cities across India. The higher-spec variants of the SUV will come featured with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a head-up display, 360-degree around view camera, multicolour ambient lighting, a sunroof and a Bose audio system. The upcoming SUV is expected to get a price range of INR 11-17 lakhs (ex-showroom).
