Kia Seltos X-Line Edition Fully Revealed; Official Launch Next Month

Kia Motors started its journey into the Indian vehicle market by launching its first product, the Kia Seltos, back in August 2019. Later, Seltos emerged as the best selling car in its segment and, at present, with more than 3 lakh vehicle sales, Kia Motors has become the fastest growing car brand in the country. After the huge success of the HT-Line and GT-Line, the brand has recently revealed the Seltos X-Line edition, celebrating its second anniversary.

According to the details available, the SUV has already started arriving at the showrooms ahead of the official launch. Talking about the exterior design of the car, the Seltos X-Line edition features black gloss body cladding, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and new skid plates. It also gets a black radiator grille, chrome highlights in the front, and a chrome strip linking the taillights at the back.

The Seltos X-Line edition rides on larger 18-inch alloy wheels with a new crystal cut design along with a Graphite finish, and orange accents. In addition to that, Seltos badges adorn the car’s bonnet and tailgate, while ‘X-Line’ badges can be seen on the front grille, doors, and boot lid.

Coming to the interior of the Kia Seltos X-Line edition, it looks more or less the same as the standard version of the SUV. Except for the new design for the seat covers and a dark coating on some of the interior parts, the overall design and features are comparable to those of the top-end variant of the Seltos GT-Line. The cabin of this special edition version features Indigo Pera leatherette seats with a honeycomb design and grey stitching.

The engines are mated to a 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox, respectively. The Seltos X-Line will not be available with a manual transmission option.
