Kia is all set to launch its Seltos SUV in the Indian market on August 22, 2019. The highly anticipated SUV from the brand has been able to bag a worthy response from the audience. The prices for the SUV recently got leaked before its official launch. In the recent news, Kia Motors plans on having a huge service network in India that will comprise of 192 service centres across 160 cities.
The initiative has been taken by the brand to cater to the after-sales needs of its customers across several cities in India. The brand aims at offering best-in-class and seamless car service and vehicle management with its ultra-modern Kia Link App.
The Kia Link App has been designed with a built-in IoT (Internet of Things) technology that will further ease the process of scheduling services. The application will be able to notify the user about the upcoming service schedules via reminders. The customers can also choose their preferred dealership location for getting their car serviced. The brand has equipped service workshops with RFID scanners that allow easy and fast processing including digital payments.
The application will allocate a service provider to the customer which will further digitally diagnose the car at the electronic vehicle health check-up bay. The reports will be shared with the customer via the dedicated Kia Link App. The application will allow the customer to get real-time updates on the car servicing as well as about the other repairs going on.
The Kia Link App is one of the best ways to increase transparency between the dealer and the customer via offering real-time updates, time consumed for the repair work, the total cost of repair and service. The customers can pay for the services via the digital payment gateways built-in the mobile phone app. The final result will be offered to the customer via a KCVG (Kia Customer Visual Guide) that will explain all the details regarding the work done.
