The application will be able to notify the user about the upcoming service schedules via reminders. The customers can also choose their preferred dealership location for getting their car serviced. The brand has equipped service workshops with RFID scanners that allow easy and fast processing including digital payments. The application will allocate a service provider to the customer which will further digitally diagnose the car at the electronic vehicle health check-up bay. The reports will be shared with the customer via the dedicated Kia Link App. The application will allow the customer to get real-time updates on the car servicing as well as about the other repairs going on. The Kia Link App is one of the best ways to increase transparency between the dealer and the customer via offering real-time updates, time consumed for the repair work, the total cost of repair and service. The customers can pay for the services via the digital payment gateways built-in the mobile phone app. The final result will be offered to the customer via a KCVG (Kia Customer Visual Guide) that will explain all the details regarding the work done.
