Recently, Lamborghini India introduced the Urus Graphite Capsule in the country. The first unit has also been delivered to the customer in Nero Noctis exterior colour with Arancio Argos as a glossy accent colour. In addition to this shade, White Bianco Monocerus, Black Nero Noctis, Grey Grigio Nimbus, and Grigio Keres are the new exterior matt colours for the 2021 Lamborghini Urus.
Prior to the Lamborghini Urus Graphite Capsule, the Pearl Capsule Edition of the SUV was introduced in the Indian market. Talking about the looks, the bottom section of the front fascia, side profile, and rear-end are painted in the matt body colour. In addition to that, there are four accent colour options – Arancio Leonis (orange), Giallo Taurus (yellow), Arancio Dryope, and Verde Scandal (green). These bright colour options can be seen on different external parts such as the door inserts, front splitter, and rear spoiler.
The exterior colours of the Lamborghini Urus Graphite Capsule are perfectly in sync with the interior design as well since the upholstery features contrasting colours at multiple places like the central tunnel and seat bolster. In addition to this, the interiors of this limited edition model have been offered Q-citura stitching and embroidered Lamborghini logos on the headrests.
Furthermore, the dashboard and door panels are available with dark anodized aluminium trim and new matt-finish carbon fibre inlays. Coming to the technical specifications, there are no mechanical updates in the car. The SUV is driven by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine which churns out 650hp and 850Nm of torque. It is mated with an 8-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all four wheels.
Mr Sharad Agarwal, Head, Lamborghini India, stated during the unveiling event that the Urus has proven to be a game-changer for the brand in India. Urus provides more than half of the country’s brand volumes, beginning with the creation of a wholly new category of SSUVs (SuperSport Utility Vehicles). In the first quarter, the brand delivered the 100th Urus in India, marking a performance milestone for the fastest 100 deliveries in the super-luxury automobile class.
