Lamborghini Urus Waiting Period Goes up to 9 Months in India

At present, the Lamborghini Urus commands a waiting period of 9 months in India. The supercar-inspired SUV is in high demand and the allocation for India is definitely less in comparison to certain global markets. Still, buyers in India are ready to wait for the period to get their hands on the INR 3 Crore (ex-showroom) performance SUV with practical seating for five and boot space of 616-litres. Lamborghini Urus features 4-wheel drive, 4-wheel steering, and many more exciting features.

The top speed for the Urus is 305 kph, making it the fastest SUV among other rivals with similar engine size. The 4.0L, twin-turbocharged V8 motor is good for 850 Nm of torque. The 0-100 kph comes in just 3.6 seconds, despite the factor that it weighs much higher in comparison to regular performance cars. The interior is a perfect balance of sporty character and luxury.

Sharad Agarwal, Head of Lamborghini India said: “Today, it’s (the Urus) on nine months waiting in India and you can tell that’s it’s all driven by the supply from our production plant because and we have had a similar demand and waiting periods across the globe, it’s been very challenging to get the cars at the pace at which the customers want them.”
