2018 Lexus LX 570 has been launched in India for INR 2,32,94,000 (ex-showroom). The version is priced similar to the earlier available LX450d but differs in terms of fuel type being used for its engine. Lexus LX570 comes with a powerful 5.7 liter, V8 petrol engine producing 362 BHP at 5600 rpm and 530 Nm at 3200 rpm.
The engine comes mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and offers paddle shifter for more fun. LX570 comes with the standard all-wheel drive system and different riding modes can be selected through its multi-terrain management system for comfort enhanced drives.
Buyers even get a 5-speed crawl control system that adjusts torque supply and braking power on each wheel individually. Lexus LX570 flaunts those 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels wrapped in 285/60 section tyres for maximum traction. The car measures 5080 mm in length, 1980 mm in width and 1865 mm in height.
It comes with 2850 mm of wheelbase and massive 138-liter fuel tank. Even after carrying this big fuel tank, the car returns almost same driving range as a small car with on fourth of fuel capacity due to that massive eight-cylinder motor under the hood.
Lexus LX570 is based on Toyota Land Cruiser and thus, body on frame chassis offers impressive ride quality on all possible Indian terrains. Front fascia comes with V-shaped LED daytime running lights, large grille and LED headlights. Side profile flaunts squared wheel arches and visible chrome outline around the windows.
The rear of LX570 comes with LED lights, fog lights, and impressively designed bumper. Interior stays similar to the diesel model with dual tone finish, 19 speaker Mark Levinson music system and 12.3-inch infotainment display. Rear seat passengers can enjoy the ride through 11.6 inch individual LCD displays and four-zone climate control.
