The 2020 Mahindra Bolero is one of the most anticipated models from the brand that is expected to be launched in a few days. The SUV has already started reaching the dealerships while its first-ever walkaround video has surfaced online that offers clear insight on the host of updates imparted to the 2020 variant.
Coming to the front fascia, the 2020 Mahindra Bolero has now been equipped with new headlamp units that are mated to a redesigned front grille. The headlight setup is further mated to all-new LED DRLs while the fog lamp housing has also been revised. In addition to offering a redesigned front bumper, the tail lamps have also been tweaked a bit. The side profile of the updated SUV has been retained when compared to the BS4 version.
In terms of the revised interior bits, the updated Bolero now features a darker upholstery when compared to the BS4 version though all the features have also been carried on further.
The 1.5-litre, three-cylinder, turbocharged engine on the 2020 Mahindra Bolero has been updated according to BS6 emission norms while the power and torque figures remain the same. The 2020 variant of the SUV is capable of offering similar 72 HP of maximum power and 195 Nm of peak torque when compared to the BS4 variant. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The brand has equipped the updated SUV with a standard safety package which includes the likes of dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD and more.
The customers will be able to get their hands on the updated Bolero in four trims namely LX, SLE, SLX, and ZLX while the prices are expected to start at around INR 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant while going all the way up to INR 9.29 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top variant.
