New Mahindra Thar Aftermarket Grille Photos Surface Online: The recently-unveiled new Mahindra Thar is the talk of the town and at present, it is the most trending keyword in the automobile industry. Except for the ‘odd-looking’ front grille, the rest of the design is very proportionate and attractive. Seems like Mahindra changed the design of the front grille at the last moment to avoid any legal dispute with FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) as the new Thar already looks very identical to the Jeep Wrangler SUV.
Since the day of the official unveiling, it was being speculated that a lot of customizers are going to launch aftermarket grille options to make the front fascia of new Mahindra Thar look more pleasing to the eyes. Surprisingly, the aftermarket grilles have started reaching the markets even before the official launch and price announcement of the SUV, which is scheduled to take place on October 2, 2020.
The aftermarket grille options you see here are a single-piece unit and have been painted to match with the rest of the body parts and can be bolted-on easily. Similar to the new Mahindra Thar’s colour options, the grille will also be available in six colours: Red Rage, Mystic Copper, Napoli Black, Aquamarine, Galaxy Grey, and Rocky Beige.
It is also being rumoured that Mahindra would be offering the grille options at the dealerships to make it easier for the customers to get the installation done at the time of buying the vehicle.
As of now, we don’t have any details regarding the pricing and the availability of the aftermarket grille options. You can follow the links below to check out the complete technical specifications and the expected price of the New Mahindra Thar:
