M&M to invest 1500 crores in Mahindra U321 MPV project
Mahindra U321 is still more or less a secret as they have officially shared no detail for the product. The vehicle category has even been guessed from the prototype, which makes things clear and push the U321 into the MPV category. This makes it clear that Mahindra is ready to bring a real rival for Toyota Innova Crysta and Tata Hexa in the coming months.
The car is said to be the first project that is working under the North American technical center of Mahindra. The car can use the same frame from XUV500 while updates will include a front wheel architecture with even more refinement that ever. It can grow in length and would carry a soft looking front end. Mahindra may launch the same in developed markets also.
