New Suzuki Ertiga Sport FF Model Video and Quick Details

Japanese carmaker Suzuki debuted the updated version of Ertiga recently at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). The new model named “Ertiga Sport FF” has several stylistic upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the MPV. The Ertiga is currently offered in three trim levels: Regular, Sport, and Sport FF.

Speaking of its design and styling, the Ertiga Sport FF has a typical white-and-black dual-tone finish. It features a new mesh grille and air dam upfront, as well as inverted L-shaped LED DRLs around the fog lights and a skirt-type bumper extension with red highlights.

Skirts, black decals, and blacked-out ORVMs with red accents appear to have been added to the side profile. It gets a roof-mounted spoiler, a red garnish on the boot, and bumper extensions at the back. Except for the dual-tone motif, blacked-out inlays, and decals, the Ertiga Sport receives these updates as well.

The inside, on the other hand, remains almost untouched, apart from new seat upholstery with red accents and a rear parking view embedded in the IRVM (internal rearview mirror). The cabin of the Ertiga Sport FF is all-black, with a broad faux-wood strip running down the dashboard.

The Sport FF comes standard with projector headlights, push-button engine start/stop, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and automatic air conditioning. Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill-hold control, and a rear parking camera ensure your safety.

In Indonesia, the Ertiga gets a 1.5-litre petrol engine that is capable of churning out 104 BHP and 138 Nm. The engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic gearbox. As of now, we don’t believe Maruti Suzuki will launch this FF Sport model in the Indian market.

In India, Maruti also sells the XL6, which is positioned as a more premium version of the Ertiga. It also has two captain’s seats in the second row and an all-black interior, which adds to the overall premium factor.
