Nissan GT-R Launched in India @ INR 1.99 Crore

Nissan GTR has been officially launched in India at a price tag of INR 1.99 Crore (Ex-showroom Delhi). The Japanese sports car was one of the most awaited products of 2016 as its bookings had already started two months back from 1 September 2016. Nissan GTR, also known as Godzilla in its native country commands respect with its highly efficient design and even more powerful engine. It’s here to compete against those high flying European supercars that are sold nearly on a double price tag. Here is all you need to know about the 2017 GTR.

Nissan GT-R Launched in India @ INR 1.99 Crore

Nissan pushes the hand made, 3799 cc V6 engine with twin turbochargers into its Godzilla. The engine comes mated to dual clutch 6-speed automatic transmission, producing a max of 570 PS at 6800 rpm and 637 Nm of torque at 3300-5800 rpm. The all wheel drive car weighs 1784 kg and sprints from 0-100 kmph in just 3 seconds. The two door sedan can host 4 people with utmost luxury and still carry their shopping bags in its 250 liters of usable boot space.

The mix of practicality with performance can nowhere be seen in this perfection around its segment. The 315 kmph of top speed assures that whenever on track, the driver feels no short of performance against any opponent. The interior here is well finished while the driver gets an ultra sporty instrument console with real world needles for measuring speed, rpm and fuel, unlike most cars which are using LCD screen for the console. Pedal shifter make the ride even more special and controlled in case of manual gear shifting.

Nissan GTR is more of a performance stuff while its head turning looks are even boosted with those 20 inch, super lightweight RAYS wheels with run flat tyres from Dunlop. Sounds system used here is Bose Audio with active noise cancellation that uses 11 speakers, including two subwoofers. It carries Navigation ability with 7 inch touchscreen, leather seats and nearly all of those luxuries a person can think in its price segment. The shades on offer include Vibrant Red, Daytona Blue, Storm White, Gun Metallic, Pearl Black, Ultimate Silver and Kastura Orange.
