Renault India has introduced a new Lodgy MPV in ‘World Edition’ with special features on the interior and exterior. The new Lodgy MPV has got a starting price of Rs. 9.74 lakh ex-showroom Delhi. The special edition Lodgy has got 25 changes to the interior and exterior along with some additional features. The standard Lodgy range has got a starting price of Rs. 7.58 lakh ex-Delhi. The 85 PS and 110 PS variants will be priced at an introductory price of INR 9.74 Lakhs and INR 10.40 Lakhs (ex-Delhi) respectively.

Special Features and Color Variants
The new variant features WORLD EDITION badging, dual-tone roof rails with chrome satin finish and body graphics. Starting from the exterior features, the Lodgy World Edition has got a bold, jewel-studded front grille with fog lamps and chrome satin garnish. The two-tone bumper features improved aesthetics with the new 15” Nepta finish alloy wheels which have a black wheel-arch cladding.The side moldings on the car have black finishing, printed matte, B&C pillar stripping along with a rear spoiler.
The Lodgy World Edition has been introducted in four colours – the new Fiery Red, Pearl White, Royal Orchid, and Moonlight Silver.
The interiors feature chrome trims on the dashboard along with chrome finished door handles. The steering wheel dipped in glossy black foam has a two-toned WORLD EDITION badge. The upholstery has got an anodized orange lining and there is also a new anodized orange finish on the instrument cluster’s centre ring and air vents. The seats feature additional bolster support to enhance control and comfort.
Additional Value Added Features
The additional features are 2nd and 3rd row smart-sense AC which ensures efficient cooling in all 3 rows, 2 DIN music system, electrically adjustable mirrors, central locking with keyless entry, Bluetooth, headlight turn on reminder, and 12V charging sockets across 2 rows for both drivers and passengers.
Powertrain and Mileage
The Lodgy World Edition will get its power from the 1.5 litre dCi (Common Rail Direct Injection) engine with 110 PS and 85 PS power options. The more powerful diesel engine variant will generate 110 PS of maximum power and peak torque of 245 Nm at 1750rpm. The engine is mated to a first-in-segment 6-speed manual transmission.
Renault Lodgy has got ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 19.98 kmpl. The 85 PS variant has maximum torque of 200Nm at 1900rpm and has a 5-speed manual transmission. This variant has got fuel efficiency of 21.04 kmpl which is even more impressive than the former.
3CARE comprehensive maintenance
Renault has introdruced special 3CARE comprehensive maintenance for Lodgy World Edition which includes 3 years of Road Side Assistance (up to 60,000 Kms), 3 years of warranty (up to 60,000 kms), and 3 years of Periodic Maintenance Service (up to 30,000 Kms). This all will be available at a starting price starting of INR 22,142.
