Skoda Octavia vRS 245 is undoubtedly the most powerful Octavia of all time. Based directly on the face-lifted version of the car, the most powerful version will make its way into the global market at 87th Geneva International Motor Show. The powerful four cylinder TSI petrol motor on the top spec vRS is good for 245 PS and 370 Nm of torque. The direct bump of 15 PS makes it the most powerful production Octavia of all time.

The engine refinement is further matched to two different gearbox options, 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual clutch automatic. The options are further improved with two body options, Saloon and Estate. The former takes 6.6 seconds for 0-100 kmph while the latter finishes the same in 6.7 seconds. The huge amount of torque is delivered smoothly between 1600-4300 rpm. Apart from all these features, the new model gets sports chassis with 14 mm lower body.

Skoda Octavia vRS 245 gets ESC with sport mode, electronically controlled limited slip differential, wider radiator grill with bigger air intakes, adaptive front headlights with full LED technology, 19 inch Gloss Black wheels and vRS logo on the radiator grill. Skoda offers Columbus Navigation system with 9.2 inch display and other driver assist features like pedestrian protection, blind spot detection and traffic assist.
