Tata Safari was once the most reputed SUV in India as it was the only one that delivered so much on all kinds of terrain. Rivaling the Mahindra Scorpio, Safari lost its charm in front of urban crossovers that brought higher seat height and fuel economy of a hatchback. Safari Storme was one decent attempt of Tata Motors to let the name relive its legacy but went totally wrong. Since its launch, it has not witnessed any big change and that left it out of the league.

Digital Rendering artist Vipin Vathooppan recently brought the same Safari Storme with a new approach, giving it the required attention that Tata Motors should once consider with their design team. He imagined the Storme with a wider stance, getting over the fact that the existing Safari Storme looks thinner and taller in its overall proportions. Apart from the bigger tyres and new alloy wheel design from Range Rover, he imagined the Safari with a Discovery style third seat section.

The front fascia is the best part here, carrying LED lights and Tata’s design language inspired front bumper. The upper grill has even been replaced with a new one while the chrome flows seamlessly into the lower part of the headlight. The very first look of this rendering may not let you feel that its a Range Rover but will definitely speak about the car being a Tata by birth. It even gets a wider outside rear view mirrors and tougher looking roof rails.
