Tata Motors recently launched the Jet series SUVs in India with a starting price tag of Rs 12.23 lakhs. The brand’s new SUV line-up is inspired by business jets and will appeal to customers seeking great luxury. The Jet Edition includes premium features as well as an exclusive exterior and interior theme. This one-of-a-kind edition includes Tata Motors’ Safari 6/7-seater SUV, Harrier 5-seater SUV, and Nexon, the country’s best-selling SUV.
The Jet Edition is available in the Starlight colour, which is a two-tone combination of Earthy Bronze and Platinum Silver. It has Jet Black alloy wheels as well as Silver skid plates on the front and rear. The interiors are finished in dual-tone Oyster White and Granite Black.
The Techno-Steel Bronze finish mid-pad on the instrument panel, as well as Bronze accents on the doors and floor consoles, improve the overall atmosphere. Jet embroidery on the front headrests and deco stitching on the seats in Bronze thread round out the details.
Safari and Harrier now have ESP safety features like driver doze-off alert, panic brake alert, and after-impact braking. These features are in addition to the 14 existing safety functions.
The SUVs also get type C USB chargers in all rows, winged comfort head restraints on the second-row bench and captain seats (only in the Safari), and an electronic parking brake in manual and automatic variants, in addition to all four disc brakes (new to Harrier).
Wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, an air purifier, a wireless charger, tri-arrow perforated Oyster White Benecke Kaliko leatherette seats, and exquisite Bronze inserts are also included.
The Nexon Jet Edition adds ventilated seats, an electric sunroof with a tilt function, an air purifier with an AQI display, and a wireless charger to its top-tier variant. Here is a detailed price list:
