Meet Tata Harrier R Version – Inspired By The LR Range Rover Sport

The much-awaited Tata Harrier was initially launched by the brand in January 2019 and the SUV got the BS6 upgrade in India in 2020. At present, the Harrier is available with a starting price tag of INR 14.70 lakhs and it goes all the way up to INR 22.04 lakhs for the top-spec variant. The popular SUV from Tata has been able to grab the attention of multiple buyers considering its tremendous performance and elegant design language. Tata Harrier was the first SUV from the brand that was based on the ‘Impact Design 2.0’ philosophy.

Several unique customizations of the Tata Harrier have made the brand update their most desired SUV with a dual tone-tone paint scheme. One such customization to the Harrier has been done by SRT Coimbatore. The dealer has given the SUV a red paint scheme, inspired by the Range Rover Sport.

The SUV has been offered a red paint scheme while the pillars, wing mirrors, front grille, lower back grille as well as LED headlamp and tail lamp housing have been given an all-black treatment. The roof of the SUV has also been painted black which gives it an overall cleaner look. The modifications also include newly customized black alloy wheels.

The perfectly customised Tata Harrier by SRT Coimbatore has been named the R Edition while the blacked-out details give it a versatile look. The version you see here is based on the BS4-compliant model and no mechanical changes have been made to the SUV. It continues to run on the 2.0-litre Kryotec four-cylinder diesel engine capable of churning out a maximum power of 140 HP and a peak torque of 350 Nm. The engine is mated to 6-speed manual transmission.
