DC2 recently unveiled a one-of-a-kind Tata MPV and christened the same as the DC2 Winger Project. Talking about the design, the customizers have offered the MPV with a Daylight Opening (DLO) design theme with a lot of glass area. The notable body accents, as well as the tail lamp housing, deserve all the attention. The heavily modified Tata Winger features silver alloy wheels while the front-end design has not been revealed as of yet. One can expect the brand to offer a similar premium and unique look to the front fascia as seen on the rear end.
The lounge-style interiors further add to the unique profile while the ambient lighting adds to its luxurious stance. The leather cladded reclinable seats on the inside look equally comfortable while giving the view of a plush sofa. In addition to this, the ample space that can allow even six passengers to roam freely is worth applauding.
The addition of an infotainment screen with a premium sound system, curtains for privacy makes the DC2 Tata Winger Project perfect for a business or a casual trip. The updated model of the Tata Winger was introduced back at the Auto Expo in February 2020. Powering the passenger vehicle is a BS6-compliant 2.0-litre diesel engine that is good for 89HP and 190Nm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
After entering the automobile market with a new DC2 brand name, the very famous DC Design has been making rounds on the internet with some negative news reports. The brand has gone bankrupt and Dilip Chhabria has been arrested for multiple fraud and cheating cases against him. Known in the country for launching the first-ever Indian sports car, Avanti, the brand was not successful in creating a huge fanbase with other of its products.
