The all new Toyota Camry sedan was first revealed at the 2017 Detroit Motor Show for the North American market. The same was recently unveiled for the Asian markets and comes based on the new Global Architecture from the Japanese giant.
They claim that this version is even more effective while driving and shares the platform with Prius also. The ‘Keen Look’ design language has been used on its overall design, making it actually look better than all other generations till date.

The bumper for petrol variant carries large central air dam with other effective air vents while the hybrid version has a different bumper. The former comes with Black splitters, bumper inserts and notable upper grille with body colored surround. The roof line of all the models flow effortlessly into the boot lid. It now has an integrated boot spoiler, faux slit like air vents and diffuser around the rear bumper.
The dashboard on the new Toyota Camry is all new while it even carries a mix and match philosophy with brushed metal stripes, leather and other inserts on board.
The V shaped upper section holds the infotainment system while the car is even offered with ambient lighting on dashboard and inner door handles. Toyota may carry forward most of the features into the ASEAN spec model that would make it to India in the present year itself.
The engine options on the American version includes a new 2.5 liter that would be offered on the entry level variants. The engine is even a base to the hybrid version that now uses next-gen version of itself.
The hybrid is offered with just an automatic gearbox but the entry of sports mode has made it better than ever. The second engine on offer is the 3.5 liter V6 petrol unit that is actually for those who cannot compromise on performance at any cost.
