The updated version of Fortuner was officially unveiled back on June 4 this year while the deliveries for the SUV have already been commenced in Thailand. Seems like Toyota is now all set to launch the 2021 Fortuner TRD Sportivo in the international markets as it has been recently spotted in a set of live photos. The SUV has been spotted undisguised in both black and white colour options while the interiors have also been completely revealed.
In comparison to the standard model of the 2021 Toyota Fortuner, the TRD Sportivo variant features a bolder and more stylish front fascia along with dual-tone alloy wheels, updated front and rear bumpers, a tyre pressure monitoring system, head-up display, an updated front grille with TRD logo, a rear spoiler, and all-LED tail-lights and fog lamps.
Coming to the interior, it has been equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In addition to that, it also features a wireless charging system, a 360-degree camera, a powered tailgate with kick sensor for a handsfree mechanism, and a lot more. The engine has been further mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox with sequential-shift and paddle-shift. The 2021 Toyota Fortuner series is expected to launch in India within the next 2-3 months and it would be getting a starting ex-showroom price tag of around INR 30 lakhs.
