Toyota Fortuner SUV Variant-Wise Price List: Toyota recently increased the price range of the BS6-compliant Fortuner by INR 48,000 across all variants. The updated price range starts from INR 28.66 lakhs for the base petrol model while the prices go all the way up to INR 34.43 lakhs for the top-spec 4×4 diesel variant. Toyota has recently also launched the updated BS6-compliant model of the Fortuner TRD series with a starting price tag of INR 34.98 lakhs. Here is the complete variant-wise ex-showroom price list:

• 4×2 MT: INR 28.66 lakh
• 4×2 AT: INR 30.25 lakh

Diesel Variants

• 4×2 MT: INR 30.67 lakh
• 4×2 AT: INR 32.53 lakh
• 4×4 MT: INR 32.64 lakh
• 4×4 AT: INR 34.43 lakh

TRD Diesel Variants

• 4×2 AT: INR 34.98 lakh
• 4×4 AT: INR 36.88 lakh

The BS6 model of Fortuner is available with two engine options: a 2.7-litre petrol engine and a 2.8-litre diesel engine. The 2.7-litre petrol engine is capable of producing 166 HP of maximum power along with 245 Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

The diesel model, on the other hand, churns out 177 HP of power and 420 Nm of utmost torque. It gets paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox. There is also an option for a six-speed automatic gearbox for both the engine options.

However, the 4×4 drive system is only available in the diesel variant of the SUV. The automatic model of Toyota Fortuner diesel generates a slightly higher torque figure at 450 Nm.
