The first product of Toyota and Suzuki’s joint venture, Toyota Glanza is all set to launch on June 6. The car is an exact replica of the Maruti Suzuki’s famous hatchback Baleno. There were ample speculations about what kind of equipment level Toyota will provide with its Glanza premium hatchback. Now, the exact list of variant-wise features has leaked ahead of the official launch.

The Toyota Glanza will launch in two variants as shown above. There will be three engine-gearbox combinations: an 83HP 1.2-litre petrol MT, an 83 HP 1.2-litre petrol CVT, and a 90Hp 1.2-litre Smart Hybrid MT. When launched, the car would be competing with the likes of Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Honda Jazz, and Hyundai i20. Toyota will also be providing a 3-year/unlimited kilometre standard warranty pack with the Glanza. The car would be priced higher over their respective Baleno versions, it is expected to get a price range of around INR 8-9 lakh (ex-showroom).
