New-Gen Ford Endeavour Price and Engine Details Revealed

The Ford Endeavour remained one of the most popular SUVs in its segment in India, but unfortunately, it couldn’t take first place. Despite the departure of Ford from our country, the Indian people are always excited about its new models worldwide. Now the news is that the new-gen Endeavour (Globally known as Everest) has headed to Thailand with a starting price of 1.464 million baht (approximately 32.99 lakh Indian Rupees).

The third-generation Ford Endeavour has a slew of upgrades both inside and out, and the seven-seater is available in 2.0L Turbo Sport 4×2 and 2.0L Bi-Turbo Titanium+ 4×4 variants. The Titanium+ 2.0-litre twin-turbo variant costs 1.854 million Thai baht (Rs. 41.75 lakh). It is powered by a 2.0-litre EcoBlue engine that produces 210 PS at 3,750 rpm and 500 Nm between 1,750 to 2,000 rpm. It is coupled with a ten-speed automatic gearbox, which sends power to all four wheels. 

The Endeavour Sport variants’s 2.0-litre turbocharged Panther Si engine generates 170 PS at 3,500 rpm and 405 Nm of peak torque at 2,250 rpm. It is mated to a six-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox that sends power solely to the rear wheels using a Select Shift system. It has plenty of eye-catching aesthetic upgrades. In Thailand, the brand has offered the 2022 Ford Endeavour with a lively colour scheme that comes in seven different shades.

Its feature list comprises matrix LED headlamps, a panoramic moonroof, up to a 12.4-inch instrument cluster, a 12-inch touchscreen, ambient lighting, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, lane-keeping assist, TPMS, C-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights, LED fog lamps, automatic headlamps, a 360-degree camera, lane departure warning, active park assist, blind-spot detection, and forward-collision warning.

As far as its India launch is concerned, it is unclear whether the new-generation Ford Endeavour will come to our shores in the near future or not.
