Limited Edition Royal Enfield Helmets Sold Out: As per the Royal Enfield’s official website, the brand’s pinstriped limited-edition helmets have been sold out in just 3 minutes. Adorned with century-old Madras stripes, the helmets went on sale today at 4 PM and the total stock of 200 units lasted for just 3 minutes. The recently unveiled hand-painted pinstripe helmets specifically represent the brand’s authenticity and craftsmanship offered to its motorcycles for decades.
The open-face Royal Enfield pinstripe helmet went on sale with a price tag of INR 4,000 while the full-face variant was available at INR 5000. The interested customers were asked to sign up at the brand’s official accessories and apparel webpage to get their hands on the limited-edition helmets.
Commenting on the launch of all-new Pinstripe helmets, Puneet Sood, Head, Apparel and Accessories, Royal Enfield stated – “This launch is a celebration of the Royal Enfield Madras Pinstripe legacy. The Limited Edition Pinstripe Hand Painted helmets retell our unique legacy prevalent on the tanks of the iconic Bullet for almost 6 decades now. It also showcases our heritage and our commitment to staying authentic and classic amidst modernization and technological advancement. The 200 Iconic helmets have been hand-painted by the Kumar brother’s themselves and are a true collectable.”
The brand has adorned the helmets with authentic golden pinstripes by Kumar Brothers, the second generation of pinstripers at the Royal Enfield’s production unit. The pinstripes represent the same authentic styling as that offered to the fuel tank of the Royal Enfield Bullet.
The collection of all-new helmets was only limited to 200 units while each helmet features hand-painted production batch number. The inner side of helmets has been equipped with high-density EPS liner with air ventilation that offers proper airflow inside out. It has been further equipped with leather beading that goes all the way to the periphery of the helmet shell.
