2022 KTM 390 Adventure Starts Reaching Dealerships Across India

KTM took the wraps off the 2022 India-spec 390 Adventure motorcycle back on December 2, 2021. Now, the bike has started reaching the KTM-Husqvarna dealerships across India ahead of the official launch in the coming days. This forthcoming model is offered by the brand with some crucial changes. To start with, the most eminent change is the introduction of a new paint scheme, which gives it an elegant appearance. The blue and orange combinations, as well as the grey and orange combinations, are extremely attractive.

In addition, the charm is not only offering new colours but also loading it with top-notch features to make the bike more sophisticated. Hence, the manufacturer has equipped the bike with new elements like traction control and off-roading modes. Moreover, the Austrian two-wheeler maker has also worked on alloy wheels to make the quality better and also improve the robustness. Apart from that, all other things like the engine, braking, suspension, everything remains untouched.

While speaking of, the other notable feature offered in the KTM 390 Adventure is a tapered aluminium handlebar that not only provides comfortable positioning while riding but also assists the riders in easily accessing the TFT menu switchgear for customising personal preferences. For instance, the rider can set the ABS and MTC settings as per the requirements for smooth rides. Furthermore, the easily adjustable windshield enables the riders to mount it higher or lower according to their comfort level.

In terms of powertrain, the motorcycle is going to be powered by the same 373cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine that is equipped with an electric starter and is capable of producing 32kW (43hp) of max power and 37 Nm of max torque. Further supported by dual-channel ABS, the engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. As far as its pricing is concerned, at present, the KTM 390 Adventure is priced at Rs 3.28 lakh (ex-showroom) and after its launch, a five-seven thousand rupee price hike is expected.
