Mahindra XUV700 Sports Edition Has Carbon Fibre Alloys – Rendering

The much-awaited Mahindra XUV700 was unveiled in August while the sale commenced from October 2, 2021. The SUV drew significant attention from the Indian public due to its low starting price, wide feature list, and strong engine options. Since the official unveiling of the SUV, a lot of talented digital artists have created renderings to make the XUV700 appear more sporty. Here’s one created by Zephyr Designz:

The artist has depicted the SUV’s exterior from several viewpoints. The renderings are quite excellent, and they make the XUV700 appear much more aggressive. It should be noted that this is simply an artist’s vision, as Mahindra has not announced a Sports Edition of the XUV700. As we look at the images, the front bumper of the car has been modified, and it appears that the artist was inspired by Kia Seltos.

Moreover, the fog lamps have been repositioned vertically and include three separate modules. In addition, a lip spoiler has been added in front of the bumper. To offer a more aggressive appearance, the side skirts and rear wheel arch have been flared. There are a lot of aesthetic updates at the rear. It still has the arrow-shaped LED tail lights, but they are now linked by a light bar. A redesigned bumper with a diffuser and dual exhaust tips have also been offered to this typical XUV700 concept.

Further scrutinising the images, we can see that the original 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels have been replaced by larger 7-spoke alloy wheels. In fact, the designer envisions these rims being constructed of carbon fibre. While talking about the engine specifications, the XUV700 is already the segment’s most powerful SUV. It is available with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine and a 2.2-litre diesel engine. Both engines are available with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
