Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL to Launch on October 15, 2019

The recent updates from the mega-corporation Google suggest that it has organised a hardware event in New York that has been scheduled for October 15, 2019. The press invitation for the event has already been sent which does not give a clear picture of what can be expected but speculations suggest that the brand is likely to unveil the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL at the event. The press invite says – “October 15. New York City, Come See a Few New Things Made by Google.”

Even prior to the launch, a hands-on video of the Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL has surfaced on the internet. The video grabbed a lot of eyeballs that displayed the smartphone from all ends. Along with the Pixel 4 smartphone series, the company may also launch the Pixelbook 2, new Google Home speakers, Nest Mini and more such devices.

According to the previously leaked hands-on video of the Pixel 4 XL, we got to know that the smartphone is expected to have a no notch display and will offer a powerful performance as it will have a 90Hz refresh rate.

In the settings section, the Pixel 4 series will also come with an add-on feature known as “Smooth Display” which customises the refresh rate to the range of 60Hz to 90Hz. Apart from this unusual feature, it was also spotted that the smartphone has a “Screen Attention” and an “Ambient EQ” functionality as well.

In accordance with CPU-Z listing, the upcoming smartphones will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Soc processor. Though the launch event is organised in New York but it will be also streamed live on the brand’s Youtube channel from 10 AM PDT (10:30 PM IST). The hardware event is scheduled for October 15 and it will be an interesting thing to witness what the company has got to offer its customers this time.
