HTC recently announced its mid-range smartphone U19e at an event in Taiwan. The smartphone will be available in Taiwan from June 12. It is priced at NT$14,900 which is approximately INR 33,000. Going by the looks, the smartphone has a 6-inch FHD+ 18:9 aspect ratio screen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a Snapdragon 710 10nm chipset with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also has a game assistant for an improved gaming experience. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with HTC Sense UI.
For Optics, the phone has a 12MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture along with a 20MP telephoto lens with support for 2x optical zoom and up to 10x digital zoom. The smartphone comes with a 24MP selfie camera at the front along with a 2MP secondary front camera for portrait selfies and Iris face unlock. The phone weighs 180g and has dual speakers with HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi. The U19e comes in a pack with 3930mAh battery with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0, but it comes with Quick Charge 3.0 charger in the box. It is available in 2 shades: Extraordinary purple, and Modest Green.
