Huawei has recently launched the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in China, that is the cheaper version of the Nova 5i Pro, which was introduced back in July. The new Huawei Nova 5z comes featured with a 6.26-inch Full HD+ display with DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. The smartphone is powered by Octa-core Kirin 810 7nm chipset with ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU with 6GB RAM and runs on Android Pie operating system with EMUI 9.1.
For optics, the Huawei Nova 5z gets a quad rear camera setup. It gets a 48MP primary rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP camera for 2cm macro shots and another 2MP camera for depth sensing in portrait shots. It has a 32MP selfie camera at the front. The smartphone gets a gradient back with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone packs a 4000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging that can charge the smartphone up to 50% in 30 minutes. The Huawei Nova 5z is available in three colour options: Aurora Blue, Emerald Green, and Midnight Black. It is priced at 1599 Yuan (INR 16,000 approximately) for 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage model, whereas the 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage variant is priced at 1799 Yuan (INR 18,000 approximately). The smartphone is available for order in China and goes on sale from November 1st.
