Micromax Canvas Infinity Launched @ INR 9999

Micromax Canvas Infinity was recently launched for INR 9999. As expected, the phone was priced at a perfect position, carrying the most affordable, almost bezel free display that claims 83% screen to body ratio. The 2.5D curved glass display measures 5.7 inch and carries 18:9 aspect ratio. Known by the name Full Vision, this display feels perfect with its HD+ 1440 x 720 pixel resolution.

This is one of the most innovative product of its segment, undercutting most products by a good margin and carrying specs to prove its worth of the Indian customers. Canvas Infinity comes with 1.4 GHz quad core Snapdragon 425 processor, Adreno 308 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Buyers can even expand the memory capacity to 128GB through microSD card.

The phone runs on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat) and guarantees and upgrade to Android 8.0 (Oreo). Other features on offer include dual SIM trays, fingerprint sensor at the back and 4G VoLTE. The battery capacity is 2900 mAh while sale will start exclusively on Amazon India from September 1. Registrations for Canvas Infinity have already started.

Micromax offers an impressive 16MP front camera with LED flash on the new Infinity. On the other hand, rear comes with 13MP camera with 1.12 um pixel size. It comes only in Black shade. During its launch event, the phone was compared with Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6 in terms of screen ratio and an initial price of INR 12,999 was shown.

As people started clapping for the price, Micromax dramatically brought the actual price of INR 9999 and surprised everyone with this move. Micromax promises 24 hour service for Canvas Infinity otherwise they will provide the customer with a new phone. The metal body adds premium finish to overall eye catchy design and highly immersive 5.7 inch display of this new canvas series phone.
