World’s First 200MP Camera Smartphone Photos Leaked

Recently, several images of the upcoming phone by Motorola surfaced online and brought the brand back to the spotlight. The rumoured live image of the Motorola Frontier takes an in-depth look at the smartphone’s camera module as well as certain information. It also resembles the leaked render revealed last month by tipper Evan Blass. A Chinese tipster uploaded the live image on the microblogging site Weibo.

The upcoming Motorola Frontier is supposed to be the flagship model. While speaking of its design and features, the Frontier boasts a large square camera island. There is a large main sensor at the top and two ordinary lenses next to each other below. Aside from the camera module, there’s a little strap with a vertical LED flash and the inscription “200MP HP1 OIS f/2.2inscribed on it. This implies that the smartphone will certainly have a 200MP primary camera with OIS capability.

Last year, Samsung released the world’s first 200MP ISOCELL HP1 smartphone camera sensor. Thanks to a deep learning-based system, it has the capability of functioning as a variety of sensors. The device’s live picture also shows the famous Moto Batwing logo as well as the volume rocker and power buttons on the right side. The smartphone in the photos is grey in colour and has curved edges.

Besides this, as per leaked specifications, the Motorola Frontier will have a 6.67-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display. It will have a refresh rate of 144Hz and HDR10+ support. The device will reportedly be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. According to certain estimates, the smartphone will be released in July of this year. Although there has been no official confirmation from the brand, the Frontier is expected to first appear in the Chinese market.
