The successor to Nokia 6.1, the Nokia 6.2 has been launched today with a price tag of INR 15,999. The mid-range smartphone by HMD Global comes featured with a 6.39-inch, full HD+ screen with PureDisplay technology that uses dedicated pixel works visual processor to upscale video content to HDR quality in real-time, with up to a billion shades of colour. The all-new Nokia 6.2 is powered by the Snapdragon 636 14nm chipset with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system, which is upgradable to Android 10.
For optics, the smartphone gets a triple rear camera setup. It has a 16MP primary rear camera that comes with night mode along with image fusion and exposure stacking for increased low light performance, an 8MP secondary rear camera that has a 118-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5MP depth sensor. For the front, the smartphone gets an 8MP selfie camera.
The battery performances of the smartphone are handled by a 3500mAh battery. The Nokia 6.2 has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and has a dual SIM setup. The smartphone is crafted from a polymer composite that is twice as strong as polycarbonate and half the weight of aluminium. It is available in Ceramic Black colour and can be purchased online from Amazon.in.
