ZTE’s Nubia brand has recently announced its latest mid-range smartphone in China and it has been christened as Nubia Play. The smartphone comes featured with a 6.65-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that has a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by 2.4GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 765G 7nm chipset with Adreno 620 GPU. It is paired with up to 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage. The Nubia Play runs on Android 10 operating system with nubiaUI 8.0.
For optics, the gaming smartphone gets a quad rear camera setup. It has a 48MP primary rear camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, there is a 12MP selfie camera. The Nubia Play has dual-touch game trigger keys to enhance the overall gaming experience. The smartphone comes with an ICE 2.5 rack-mounted liquid-cooling system with a 61mm large liquid-cooling tube. It comes in a pack with a 5100mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
The smartphone is available in 3 colours: Black, Blue, and White. It is priced at 2399 Yuan (INR 26,000) for the base 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage model. The variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage costs 2699 Yuan (INR 29,000), and one with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is priced at 2999 Yuan (INR 32,000). The pre-orders for Nubia Play have already begun in the Chinese markets while ZTE has not yet revealed any details regarding the launch of the smartphone in India.
