The OnePlus 8 Pro was quite awaited and since it is out now, a lot of people must be wondering how durable this flagship smartphone is. The famous YouTuber Zack from the ‘JerryRigEverything’ YouTube channel has conducted a series of tests on the smartphone revealing the durability of the smartphone.
The smartphone looks beautiful when held in hand. Well, starting with the durability, the screen glass scratches at a level 6 on the Mohs scale which gets deeper at level 7. The earpiece on the smartphone is of plastic which will not come out anytime soon. The 16MP front camera is protected by the front glass screen.
The frame of the smartphone is made up of metal, even the buttons are made of the metal which is quite good. In the burn test, a white mark appears on the screen after putting it under the flame for about 30 seconds. OnePlus 8 Pro smartphone performs quite well in the bend test, it flexes a little under pressure but there are no kinks, cracks or permanent damage.
