Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Officially Unveiled at $1000 (INR 71,000)

Samsung has officially unveiled the much anticipated Galaxy S10 series in the USA yesterday. The Indian market will be rolling out the series tomorrow at 10.00 AM as per Flipkart. The new generation series has been specifically designed by keeping in mind the millennials and the need for better battery back up. The Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus are the first in the world featuring the FIDO Alliance Biometric Component certifications. Both smartphones are equipped with Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is also available in two additional colour schemes: Ceramic Black and Ceramic White in addition to the Prism White, Prism Black, Prism Green, Prism Blue, Canary Yellow and Flamingo Pink colours.

Powering the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 7nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 640 GPU on top for the US variant while the Indian market will be getting an Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 9820 8nm processor with Mali-G76 MP12 GPU mounted on it. The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) and gets a 4,100mAh battery with wireless PowerShare.

The Samsung Galaxy S10+ gets a 6.4-inch Quad HD+ Curved Dynamic AMOLED display with 522ppi of pixel density and a 3040×1440 pixels resolution. The smartphone gets a tri-rear camera setup with 12MP Dual Pixel rear camera and LED flash, a secondary 12MP Telephoto lens with 45° FoV and a tertiary 16MP 123° Ultra Wide sensor with 10X digital zoom. It also gets a dual front camera setup with 10MP Dual Pixel primary camera with 80° wide-angle lens and a secondary 8MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture.
