Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus Spotted Again; Key Specifications Leaked

Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is one of the most anticipated flagship smartphones from the brand that is expected to be revealed at the Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled in the next month. The smartphone has been making rounds on the internet ever since the patent images were leaked. Now, a hands-on video of the S20+ has surfaced online which offers more details on the upcoming smartphone.

According to the recently leaked video, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus has been equipped with the volume keys on the right-hand side when compared to the left-hand setup offered to the S10 series. In addition to this, the dedicated Bixby button also seems to be missing from the upcoming smartphone though one can further expect the Bixby control in the power key which can be operated via a long press.

The brand has equipped the upcoming smartphone with Infinity-O AMOLED display which features smaller bezels on either side. Apart from this, the new details also confirm the resolution of the screen which stands at 3200×1440 pixels while the aspect ratio has also been leaked and is now a little taller at 20:9.

In addition to the launch of Galaxy S20 Plus, the brand is also expected to roll out the Galaxy S20 5G smartphone at the event that will further feature an even bigger display when compared to the S20+.

The recently leaked images of the S20+ also confirms the smartphone to have a 120Hz refresh rate though that is only available with the Full HD resolution. The user can further switch to the 60Hz refresh rate for saving the battery percentage.

Since the brand has been witnessing a backlash when it comes to offering ultrasonic fingerprint sensors in the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series, one can expect the upcoming S20+ to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor though its underlying technical platform has not yet been confirmed.

Coming to the RAM and storage, the brand has equipped the smartphone with 12GB of RAM while the internal storage stands at 128GB. The S20+ packs a 4,500 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities. In addition to the launch of S20 series at the Unpacked event, the reports also speculate the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip smartphone to be unveiled on the same day, though there is no official confirmation yet.
