Samsung has also unveiled the much-talked-about Galaxy S20 Ultra along with the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+ at the ‘Galaxy Unpacked’ event in San Francisco. It is the most premium smartphone under the S20 series and gets a starting price tag of USD$1400 (INR 99,700 approximately). It is featured with a 6.97-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x Infinity-O display that gets a 120Hz refresh rate.
Like the S20 and S20+, the Galaxy S20 Ultra has also been announced with two processor options. It will come powered by either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor or the Samsung Exynos 990 SoC. It is still unclear which option the S20 Ultra would get for the Indian market. It will run on Android 10 with OneUI 2.0 and will come with Samsung services like Bixby, Samsung Health, and Samsung Pay.
For optics, the smartphone gets a primary 108MP rear camera with OIS, a 12MP 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, a 48MP telephoto lens with Super Resolution Zoom up to 100x and a depth sensor. At the front, it gets a 40MP selfie camera. The S20 Ultra comes in a pack with a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W wired fast charging. Samsung has not revealed the availability and pricing details for India yet.
