MWC 2018: Samsung Galaxy S9 & S9+ Officially Announced

Samsung Galaxy S9 & S9+ Officially Revealed: MWC 2018 helped Samsung unveil their all-new S9 and S9+ internationally. The Barcelona based event got few other highlights too but Samsung S series brought first ever variable aperture mobile camera with f/1.5 aperture for night and f/2.4 for day shots.

Not just that, Samsung S9+ comes with a secondary camera for bokeh effect. S9 is huge in terms of screen but infinity display helps it be as compact as a phone with 5.8 inch display could get. Galaxy S9+ uses an even bigger 6.2 inch display.

Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor for limited markets while others (including India) will get Exynos 9 series 9810 processor. S9 gets 4GB of RAM while S9+ comes with 6GB of RAM.

Storage options include 64GB, 128GB and 256GB on both the phones. Both are equipped with Android 8.0 as stock and comes with IP68 dust and water resistant properties. S9 and S9+ offer 3000 mAh and 3500 mAh of battery capacity respectively. Fast and wireless charging is also available.

Pre-booking in India are officially open and you can book yours by making payment of INR 2000 on the official Samsung eStore.
