Along with the flagship Galaxy S20 series, Samsung has also launched its Galaxy Z Flip smartphone at the “Galaxy Unpacked 2020” event. The Z Flip smartphone comes in a pack with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED main display with an aspect ratio of 21.9:9. As it is a foldable smartphone, it also has a 1.1-inch Super AMOLED external display.
The Galaxy Z Flip smartphone gets a dedicated ‘Flex Mode’ that splits apps in half and puts the controls on the bottom half of the display while the top half turns into a viewing area. It is powered by a 7nm Snapdragon 855 Plus octa-core processor that comes paired with 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage. For optics, the smartphone is paired with a dual rear camera setup. It has a primary 12MP wide-angle camera and a secondary ultra-wide-angle camera of 12MP. At the front, it gets a 10MP selfie camera.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip comes in a pack with a 3300mAh battery that comes with support for 15w fast charging. The smartphone is priced at USD 1,380 (INR 98,300 approximately). It is expected to launch in India soon.
