Vivo’s flagship smartphone NEX has got its first price cut for the Indian market. Launched in July 2018, the phone is now available at a price tag of INR 39,990 receiving a total price cut of INR 5000 from the original price tag of INR 44,990. The bezel-less smartphone is available with every offline retailer as well as on Amazon India.
The revolutionary smartphone Vivo NEX is powered by 2.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 845 processor and runs on Funtouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 (Oreo). It exhibits a 6.59-inch Full HD AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19.3:9. Keeping in mind its futuristic notch-less design, the company introduced a motorised pop-up selfie camera in order to provide a 91.24% screen to body ratio. It features a dual rear camera set up with a 12 MP of primary camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. It has been equipped with an 8MP selfie-camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Featuring a 4,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging, the Vivo NEX gets 8GB RAM with 128GB of internal storage and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Coming to the connectivity options, the smartphone gets varying options like WiFi, Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and more. According to the recent reports, the price cut is justified from the fact that the Chinese smartphone maker is all set to launch a new addition to the family with Vivo NEX Dual Display with dual screens, front and back. Though, there hasn’t been any official confirmation on the same.
