Vivo X21 has been officially launched in India this Tuesday at an event in Delhi and have officially landed its name as the first smartphone in India with an under-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone comes with Android 8.1 Oreo OS and will be exclusively available on Flipkart at a starting range of INR 35,990. It will be available in two amazing shades of Gold and Black.
Coming to the specifications, the Vivo X21 comes with a 6.28-inch full-HD+ 19:9 Super AMOLED display with front facing and proximity sensors having 402ppi of pixel density. It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and supports a 6GB of RAM. The AI features in the smartphone are officially powered by a dedicated Qualcomm AIE Artificial Intelligence Chip.
The smartphone is equipped with a dual rear-camera with the primary being 12-megapixel with an f/1.8 aperture and the secondary being 5-megapixels. It also supports a front camera of 12-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture that is equipped with live photo mode, bokeh and portrait mode with AR stickers.
The dual pixel technology equipped on both the cameras allows the smartphone to get better low-light pictures and a fast focus. Vivo X21 gets 128GB of internal memory which can be extended via a microSD card.
4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth connectivity, Micro-USB with OTG and GPS etc are the such standard connectivity features on the phone. The first smartphone equipped with an under-display fingerprint sensors measures 154.45 mm x 74.78 mm x 7.37 mm and is equipped with a 3200 mAh battery.
