Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S has been launched in India for INR 10,999. The phone is technically an improved variant of the Redmi Note 7 smartphone, using a new 48MP camera with Samsung GM1 sensor at the rear. Not just that, the phone also comes with a 5MP additional rear camera for depth sensing. Apart from this, the rear camera setup also features electronic image stabilization and phase detection autofocus.
Redmi Note 7S comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The use of Snapdragon 660 processor and 3GB of RAM makes the base variant a decent option to own while buyers looking for more memory can get their hands on the 4GB variant with 64GB internal storage. Xiaomi takes INR 2000 over the base variant for improved storage and RAM.
Buyers get a 13MP front camera, splash-proof coating, fingerprint sensor and 4000mAh battery with quick charge 4 as standard on the phone. Redmi Note 7S can be bought in Onyx Black, Ruby Red and Sapphire Blue shades in India while sale starts exclusively on Flipkart and Mi stores from May 23, 2019. The phone is offered with a 3.5mm audio jack, infrared sensor and USB Type-C connector as standard.
