Putting an end to the rumours, Xiaomi has officially announced the Redmi Note 8T for the European market. It comes featured with a 6.39-inch Full HD+ LCD screen. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 665 11nm chipset with 4GB of RAM. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10 on top. The Redmi Note 8T comes in a pack with a 4000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charger.
For optics, the smartphone gets a quad rear camera setup. It has a 48MP primary rear camera with 4-in-1 pixel binning for low light shots, an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP sensor for 2cm macro shots. It gets a 13MP selfie camera at the front. The smartphone comes with NFC support and has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The front and back of the Redmi Note 8T are protected by 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with splash-resistant coating.
The smartphone is available in the United Kingdom in three colour options: Moonshadow Grey, Starscape Blue, and Moonlight White. It is priced at 199 Euros (INR 15,700) for 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The Redmi Note 8T will be available in Spain and Italy from November 8th. For France, it will be available from November 13th and in Germany, it will be available from November 15th.
