Royal Enfield BIJLI 500 by EIMOR Customs (Hyderabad)

Since unveiling exciting motorcycle customizations is one of the fortes of the very famous EIMOR Customs, a motorcycle modification shop in Hyderabad, their recently customized Royal Enfield Classic 500 is worth gathering all the attention. The customizers have christened the modified motorcycle as BIJLI that pays tribute to its electrifying modern outlook.

Coming to the front fascia, the headlight has been revised as EIMOR Customs has equipped it with dual-LED units that are integrated neatly in a matte black housing. In addition to this, the front mudguard has been positioned securely in place with the addition of profile-cut thick gauge sheet metal brackets painted in black shade.

Coming to the fuel tank, the customized motorcycle now features a redesigned unit with a capacity of 14-litres and a flowing design that accentuates its overall profile. The combination of cherry and grey colour scheme further adds to the tank’s beauty which has the name of the motorcycle “BIJLI” written in a neat calligraphy font.

The customizers have further crafted the custom leather-wrapped seats for the modified motorcycle which are capable of offering a comfortable ride. The rear seat can be further taken out according to the requirement while the rear mudguard has also been offered a similar grey colour scheme.

The customizers have further updated the rear end which now features a wide 140mm/15-inch tyre to accentuate the bulky look of the motorcycle. Both the toolboxes as well as the panniers on either side of the motorcycle have been imparted with a triple paint scheme in horizontal accents while one of the toolboxes have been equipped with a voltmeter to add to the creativity. The modified RE motorcycle further features a Moto Torque megaphone exhaust system while the engine housing, as well as other body panels, have been imparted with a matte black paint scheme.

Apart from the cosmetic changes that offer the modified Classic 500 with better handling, the motorcycle has been kept mechanically unaltered. Powering the BIJLI is the same 499cc, BS4-compliant, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that is capable of offering maximum power of 27.2HP @ 5250 rpm along with a peak torque of 41.3Nm @ 4000 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
