Bajaj Pulsar AS150 was one of its kind product for India. Bajaj recently took the bold move and halted the production of AS series for India. The touring friendly nature of the motorcycle made it good for those who loved adventure. One such owner recently worked on his bike and brought the beautiful side of the motorcycle through the dual tone finish. The front windshield was removed while the rear mudguard was replaced with Pulsar NS200’s numberplate holder and rear tyre hugger.

The selection of graphics and decals for the motorcycle was totally personal. The tank scoops were given white treatment along with orange highlights while ‘Need for Speed Most Wanted’ can be seen on the same decal. The front gets white highlights while the same can also be seen on the side of front fender and upper seat panel. The alloy wheels are finished with dual pinstripes on both the sides. The changes are purely cosmetic and no alteration to the frame of the motorcycle was made in this modification. The proud owner of this modified Pulsar AS150 is Venky Sambu from Hyderabad.
Pulsar AS150 is powered by a 149.5 cc, single cylinder engine producing 16.8 BHP at 9,500 rpm and 13 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox and claims a top speed of 110 kmph. It weighs 143 kg in stock condition and comes with a seat height of 807 mm. It rivals none other than Suzuki Gixxer SF, Yamaha Fazer and all other 150 cc motorcycles in the Indian market. Bajaj uses its twin spark as well as DTS-i technology on the AS150.
