KGF Bike Details and Photos – Based on Hero Karizma R

Dirt Machine Custom Motorcycles, a full-scale bike workshop based in Indore has introduced something far more intriguing. The customizers have transformed a Hero Karizma R into the KGF bike used by the superstar Yash in the movie KGF (Kolar Gold Fields). The movie features a modified Royal Enfield Himalayan while the customizers have offered the same design language to a Hero Karizma.

According to Dirt Machine Customs, the client approached them with a vision of modifying his Yamaha FZ to look like the bike seen in the movie KGF. Since he wanted a lighter and faster machine, the customizers suggested the client buy a used Hero Karizma R.

The work done on the motorcycle gives it an exact KGF bike-like look while the brand has christened it as “Demon”. Apart from the cosmetic changes, the ground clearance of the bike has also been improved to make it more suitable for Indian roads.

Coming to the overall design language, the customizers have offered scrambler styling to the motorcycle with Michelin Scrambler 4-18 tyres at either end. The complete matte black colour scheme adds to the exclusivity of the motorcycle while the contrasting red graphics on the fuel tank further make it look exactly like the bike in the movie. The wheels used on the motorcycle are black powder-coated steel rims with 40 chrome-finish spokes.

Dirt Machine Customs has offered an LED headlight set up at the front while the LED indicators at either end add to its sporty profile. The brand has also customized the rear swingarm as well as the rear part of the chassis. The exhaust system of the motorcycle has also been redesigned in addition to equipping the motorcycle with a comfortable single saddle.

Like the motorcycle featured in the KGF movie, the customizers have opted for a Royal Enfield Continental GT fuel tank for updating the Karizma R. The modifier has also upgraded the front suspension with USD forks while the rear of the bike features a monoshock suspension. The braking duties on the KGF bike are handled by disc brakes at either end with four-piston callipers.
