JEDI Customs, a motorcycle modification shop in Mumbai, Maharashtra has recently customized a 2012 Royal Enfield Classic 350 into a retro cruiser with an enigmatic old-school charm. The motorcycle has been imparted an antiquated matte maroon colour scheme while the overall pinstripe peripherals add to its overall appeal.
Coming to the front fascia, the customizers have equipped the motorcycle with a matte-black headlight housing with a mesh detail while the overall front profile has been kept the same. The fuel tank of the motorcycle has been imparted with a similar matte-maroon paint scheme where the intricate golden pinstripe details accentuate its entire look. The Royal Enfield emblem on the stock motorcycle has also been redesigned and now features a “Made Like a Gun” moniker finished in golden colour.
The other body panels of the customized motorcycle have been imparted with the same matte-maroon theme while the engine casing, as well as the exhaust unit, has been adorned with matte-black detailing.
In addition to this, the customized Classic 350 has been equipped with ribbed body fenders while JEDI Customs has also equipped it with a single-piece saddle adorned with hand-stitched leather. The pillion seat has been replaced with a luggage rack finished in matte black.
As the Bullet brand name is much more popular when compared to the Classic series, the customizers have placed a “Bullet 350” moniker finished in golden pinstriping on the toolbox.
Apart from the cosmetic changes and a new colour scheme, the customized motorcycle remains mechanically unaltered. It continues to be powered by the same 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that is capable of offering maximum power of 19.8 HP @ 5250 rpm and a peak torque of 28 Nm @ 4000 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
